We lift up our staff

Father, we ask that you would bless those whom you have placed in leadership positions at North Heights, as well as those who simply serve North Heights in even the seemingly smallest capacities.

We lift up Per Nilsen, that you would strengthen him to continue leading our church in the direction that you have called us. Give him the words that you want to speak to us and the best method for saying them to have the greatest impact on our congregation.

We lift up Mindy Bak as she leads our children's ministries, that you would continue to bless her with exceeding wisdom and the capacity for bridging generations in a time when we need more than ever to learn from each other.

We lift up Ed Jenkins as he leads our Sunday School programs, that his youthful vigor and his humor would continue culminating into meaningful and relatable personality that every child who enters Sunday School will easily connect with.

We lift up Gina Mueller as she leads our youth ministries. Continue to sharpen her sense for understanding the students with which she interacts, that she would be able to see through their eyes and help them understand all that you have to say to them.

We lift up Josh Miller as he specifically leads the middle school students. Strengthen his ability to relate to students while delivering practical messages that are understandable and impactful.

We lift up Amy Soba as she specifically leads the high school students. Speak your words through her to inspire students to become the change they want to see in their situations. Give her an extra dose of energy and peace to maintain her position as an anchor for students that are going through difficult times.

We lift up Bobbi Wichterman as she strives to usher students into your presence and lead them in worshiping you. Give her pictures of your glory that she can communicate through her music in order to inspire, encourage and uplift every person she leads.

We lift up Rebekah and Chris Bartels, that the example of passionate worship that they set together would continue to demonstrate the amazing power of a relationship that is firmly founded in you.

We lift up Ben Sollie, that his passion and desire to see growth in the young adult ministry would not lead to disappointment, but that he would come to see the greatness of your plan for this generation of young adults and that he would boldly take the next step for leading them on the path you have set before them.

We lift up Mark David Williams that you would invigorate him to continue leading worship with a burning desire to bring North Heights into your presence. Give him the energy to lead both in the North Heights family as well as in his own family.

We lift up Cindy Alstad, that she would continue to identify the strengths and abilities of the volunteers at North Heights, connecting the right people with positions where they can make the greatest impact for you.

We lift up Jean Bearden, that she would continue to seek you for all of the important decisions that she must make in order to keep North Heights going in the direction that you have willed for us.

We lift up every single one of our pastors and speakers, that you would strengthen their abilities to speak directly to the places in our hearts that need to hear your words. Give them unprecedented understanding and wisdom that they would be able to share great insight that would ultimately bring glory to your name.

We lift up every volunteer, every coordinator, worshiper, and member, that you would work through us to bring your Kingdom to earth in a powerful, tangible way. Teach us to be obedient in responding to your call. Let our worhsip to you be a sweet sound that echoes through heaven, that we would experience a small taste of heaven every time that we come together to praise you.

Father, for everyone who has a heart for North Heights and desires to see your church grow, I ask for a double portion of energy and courage to take action and multiply your body.

We humbly ask that you would let your will be done through us, in whatever form that may take.

Amen!
